My husband took my car in to have my air conditioner repaired. It's going on four weeks and I still don't have my vehicle. When he went in the establishment to find out what was taking so long, Rob the owner would not come out and talk to him. Needless to say, my husband paid him in advance which I would have never done. We have given them ample time to repair what was supposed to be an eight hour job, has become a four week, going today into five weeks and never hear anything from them. I will never recommend this company to anyone! They highly lack integrity regardless of how some say his work is! I don't feel comfortable with the work being done. I think they took on a job they cannot do! I had my car inspected by a highly incredible company who has work on my merecedes for many years. He could not do the job and told us why. The last time I called, they told us the mechanic who was working on my car called our for work. At this point I just want my car! I had to go by three weeks ago to get something out of my trunk and they had my glove compartment thrown into my trunk with all my important papers all over the place! Unbelievable this company is! I will update this post once I

Took my Porsche Macan in for a few checkups. Was recently just purchased so I wanted to make sure everything was ok. Come to find out it did have a few problems so I reached out to German Auto Service and they were able to get me in without any notice or heads up. They got me in and went to work on my car. The communication was great, the time AND quality of what they did were also great! Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service. They fit me in at the very last minute when I was in a bind and completely saved the day. The work on my car was done quickly, professionally, and at a very high level of quality. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and real customer care like this.
